This self-paced online program provides breastfeeding tips and techniques for new moms and those needing a refresher. We’ll also discuss how to best meet your infant’s nutritional needs. We recommend completing this class by 36 weeks.
Whether you’re pregnant or a new mom, the goal of this group is to provide a supportive, understanding and non-judgmental environment where women can encourage and help each other adjust to the changes in their lives.
The New Mom’s Support Group meets weekly on Thursdays. This support group helps new moms learn more about breastfeeding while connecting with other moms. Feel free to arrive at any time during the support group meeting.
