Do I need an appointment?
No appointments are necessary. All lab tests are available on a walk-in basis during business hours.
Most lab results are available within 24–48 hours. Some specialty tests may take longer
Yes, minors are welcome, but a parent or legal guardian must accompany them for all services.
No physician order is required for most direct-to-consumer lab tests. Some specialized tests may have eligibility requirements.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online checkout.
Results are sent securely by email or uploaded to your Riverview Health patient portal, depending on your preference.

Lab Preparation & Collection Instructions

Be ready for your visit with proper preparation.

To ensure accurate results, please follow preparation guidelines carefully. Each test may have specific fasting or sample collection requirements.

Specimen Acceptability & Rejection Policy

To maintain diagnostic integrity, each specimen is evaluated for quality and accuracy. Samples that do not meet collection or labeling criteria may need to be recollected. For detailed policy information, visit the Specimen Acceptability page.
